First Time Homebuyers Workshop
WHO: Anyone who lives, works or attends school in Darlington, Florence, Marlboro, or Chesterfield County! SPC Membership is not required to participate in the workshop
WHAT: Get the Tools and Know-How You Need to Buy Your First Home with Expert Advice from Your Local Lending Team at SPC Credit Union. Over the course of 8 monthly sessions beginning in February 2026, you’ll learn key concepts for homeownership.
WHEN: Classes begin on Monday, February 8 at 5:30 and will be held on the first Monday of every month through September, 2026.
