What are your office hours?

Where is SPC Credit Union located?
We have six branches located throughout Darlington, Florence, Marlboro, & Chesterfield Counties. To pay us a visit, first visit the “Our Branches” page.

How do I apply for a loan?
Click here to use our online loan application tool. If you’d like an application mailed or faxed to you, you can call us at (843) 332-4506. Or, you can visit any branch and apply in person!

Do you do Home (Mortgage) Loans?
Yes, we do first and second mortgage loans and Home Equity Lines of Credit. Visit our Home Loans page for details. For more information, contact our Mortgage Loan Department by phone at (843) 332-4506 or by sending them an email at spcmortgage@spccu.org.

What are your current rates?

How do I change my address?
Log into Online Banking and request an address change. Not long afterward, you’ll receive an email requesting proof of your new address. We’ll also send along a form for you to sign via DocuSign. If you prefer to change your address via mail, we require the form to be notarized.

How do I change my payroll deduction?
To change your payroll deduction form, you can ask anyone in one of our branches or contact a Financial Service Representative at (843) 332-4506, and we’ll be happy to fax one to you!

How can I reorder my checks?
You can reorder your checks by contacting a representative at any of our branches or by contacting Harland-Clarke check re-ordering.

Tired of answering the phone and hearing a telemarketer on the other end? Is your mailbox full of pre-approved credit card offers and junk mail?

Companies can buy or rent lists of potential customers from other companies, including marketing companies that specialize in list-building, and target their existing or past customers with new offers.

We’ve got good news! There are steps that you can take to put an end to unsolicited marketing.

To opt out of Direct Marketing offers, you can:

• Visit DMAchoice.org to create an account with the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) and decide which mail you want to receive from DMA members. There's a $2 processing fee, which will cover you for 10 years
• Visit the DMA website and update your email preferences to reduce email marketing
• Request to be taken off non-DMA mailing and marketing lists, such as those run by Epsilon, RetailMeNot, and Valpak
• Add your phone number to the National Do Not Call Registry for free
• Send a request by mail to the DMA Mail Preference Service, P.O. Box 643, Carmel, NY 10512

Taking these steps won't necessarily stop all marketing mail, email, and phone calls, but it can help reduce the volume. In some cases, you may need to reach out to each company or organization individually and ask to be taken off of their marketing lists.

To opt out of pre-approved credit offers, you can:

The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) allows you the right to opt out of preapproved credit offers. To do this, you can call (888) 5-OPTOUT ((888) 567-8688) or make the request online at OptOutPrescreen.com. You'll be asked to share a few things, including your name, Social Security number, and date of birth, to submit your request.

This will be effective against prescreened offers for five years if using the phone or online method. If you would like to permanently opt out, you'll need to fill out and mail in a form, which can be found online or requested by phone.

The OptOutPrescreen phone center and website are collaboratively operated by the major credit bureaus: Experian, Equifax, TransUnion, and Innovis.
