For security reasons, our employees do not provide balance inquiries or perform financial transactions (such as transfers) over the phone. SPC has several options to allow you to review your account balance(s), transfer funds or review transaction history. These include:

Never E-mail your account number(s), PIN or social security number. E-mail is NOT SECURE. Use SPC's home banking product to send secure information. If you cannot access our home banking site, call, fax or send an E-mail with your name and phone number only. Contact us immediately if you suspect fraud, receive suspicious E-mails or phone calls about your SPC account.

This is a FREE credit union service that allows members to conduct their credit union business from any touch-tone phone, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Members can access their accounts or even apply for a loan. Your member number and a Personal Identification Number (PIN) is all you need to use the system.
