SPC Credit Union Welcomes Allison Boulware as Vice President of Human Resources

Hartsville, S.C. – SPC Credit Union is pleased to announce the appointment of Allison  Boulware, PHR, SHRM-CP, as Vice President of Human Resources. Boulware, who joined the team in October, brings over 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience to the credit union and has been working alongside longtime SPC VP of HR Elaine Hungerpiller, who plans to retire in early January 2026.

Boulware most recently served as Director of Human Resources at Anderson Brothers Bank in Mullins, South Carolina, where she led transformational HR initiatives including the implementation of a new HRIS system, modernization of recruiting processes, and comprehensive compensation analysis. Prior to that, she held HR roles at McLeod Health and South State Bank, gaining extensive expertise across the full spectrum of human resources functions.

Boulware holds a Bachelor of Science in Retail Management from the University of South Carolina and maintains both Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certifications. She is an active member of Pee Dee SHRM and the Coastal Organization of Human Resources, and volunteers with the Florence Area Humane Society.
