SPC’s Member Loyalty Program makes everything you do with SPC Credit Union that much more…rewarding! Earn points easily by doing exactly what you’re already doing: making deposits, using your SPC Debit & Credit Cards, using SPC Online Banking, & more! PLUS, level up your banking activity to earn member benefits–like waived fees and minimized check holds!

About SPC's Member Loyalty Program

SPC's Member Loyalty Program puts the FUN in FUNds by rewarding you for participating in all things banking at SPC. You’re automatically scored on the 1st of every month based on your banking activity at SPC over the last month. Based on your score (ranging from 0-400+), you’ll be assigned a “level” – Basic, Silver, Gold, or Platinum. Each level comes with its own set of benefits (see a visual breakdown on the drop-down below) that you’ll get to enjoy. If you’re not quite on the level you’d like to be, that’s an easy fix! Visit the “Member Loyalty Program FAQ” drop-down to find out how you can earn more points to level up.

My whole family has accounts with SPC! How will my household be affected by the Member Loyalty Program?
Loyalty Program benefits are based on the highest-level member in the family unit.

How about check holds and households?
When using SPC’s ConnectExpress ITMs, check holds are still determined by the individual member within the household (those living at the same address).

How frequently are the Loyalty Program scores calculated?
Loyalty Program scores are calculated on the first day of every month.

Can I see my score at any time?
Yes! You can check out your total points, a breakdown of your score, and a list of opportunities to earn points in online and mobile banking, as well as on your monthly paper or e-Statements.
